Introduction: Lisa is a physiotherapist and has recently joined our team at Lifecare Frankston. She found her love for physiotherapy during her teenage years after injuring her shoulder playing competitive tennis and hasn’t looked back since.
Lisa has played a range of sport from an early age, in particular tennis and basketball. More recently, she has taken an interest in running and clinical pilates.
Lisa aims to collaboratively work with patients to help achieve their goals and best outcomes in a comfortable environment.
Professional Interests: Lisa’s areas of professional interests include sporting injury prevention and management, as well as working with a variety of injuries including low back pain and women’s health.
Lisa has worked with Mount Eliza Football Netball Club since 2015, further developing her interest in sporting injuries. Soft tissue massage, exercise prescription, clinical pilates and stretching are amongst the treatment modalities that Lisa regularly utilises.
Personal Interests: Lisa enjoys running and regularly participates in fun runs around Melbourne, recently completing a half marathon. Lisa also enjoys travelling, playing tennis and walking her Labradors, Meg and Tess.
